* The Henglong is one of most famous tannery that make crocodile skin.
They are included to LVMH group and offer their crocodile skin to Luxury brand that in group and others.
And even LVMH is their the largest shareholder because of their quality about crocodile leather.
Nile crocodile is the one of highest leather with porosus and american alligator.
If you select Nile crocodile, you can't have any other better material among leather.
Because Nile crocodile is the best leather without a doubt.
All of our works is based on Order to made system. Working period is 2-3 weeks for straps and about 4-5 weeks for half-cases usually.
So we need about 4 weeks for work and shipping takes about 1-3 business days from ordered date.

■ 制作期間・配送について
制作期間の目安は、バッグ：約4〜6ヶ月、カメラケース：約3ヶ月、カメラストラップ・小物類：約3ヶ月、レザースキン：約2ヶ月となります。制作状況により前後する場合がございます。
製作完了後、UPSにて発送いたします。追跡番号付きの国際配送サービスとなり、通常、発送後3〜5営業日程度でお届けいたします。通関状況や配送地域により変動する場合がございます。
■ 関税・返品・交換について
商品価格に関税・輸入税は含まれておりません。各国の税関規定に基づき、購入者様にご負担いただきます。関税・輸入税を理由とした返品・キャンセルはお受けしておりません。
万一、品質上の問題やご注文内容との相違があった場合は、誠意をもって対応いたします。ただし、受注製作品の特性上、お客様都合による返品・交換・返金はお受けしておりません。
受取拒否などにより商品が返送された場合は、往復送料・各種手数料を差し引いた金額での返金対応となります。

原則として、ご注文確定後の仕様変更はお受けしておりません。ただし、製作待機期間中で実際の製作工程が開始されていない場合に限り、変更を承れる場合がございます。
